1) Husband
1) شوہر		 Must be legally married. Secret or undocumented marriages are not eligible.
اسلامی شرعی شادی ہوئی ہو تو حقدار ہے،خفیہ یا غیر شرعی شادی ہوئی ہو تو حقدار نہیں ہے

 
2) Wives
2) بیوی		 Multiple wives are eligible. Secret or undocumented marriages are not eligible. A divorced wife is eligible if iddah period has not yet completed.
ایک سے زیادہ بیویاں(شرعی شادی والی) حقدار ہیں مگر جن کی خفیہ یا غیر شرعی شادی ہوئی ہو تو وہ حقدار نہیں.
طلاق شدہ بیوی کی عدت کی مدت ابھی مکمل نہ ہوئی ہو تو وہ بھی حقدار ہے
3) Sons
3) بیٹے		 Adopted son, step-son, or illegitimate son is not eligible.
صرف سگے بیٹے حقدار ہیں جو شرعی بیوی کی اولاد ہوں
4) Daughters
4) بیٹیاں		 Adopted daughter, step-daughter, or illegitimate daughter is not eligible.
صرف سگی بیٹیاں حقدار ہیں جو شرعی بیوی کی اولاد ہوں.
5) Grandsons
5) پوتے		 Only son's sons are eligible. Daughter's sons are not eligible.
صرف سگے پوتے حقدار ہیں مگر نواسے حقدار نہیں ہے
6) Granddaughters
6) پوتیاں		 Only son's daughters are eligible. Daughter's daughters are not eligible.
صرف سگی پوتیاں حقدار ہیں
مگر نواسیاں حقدار نہیں.
7) Father
7) باپ		 Illegitimate father, or step-father is not eligible.
صرف سگا باپ حقدار ہے، اس کے علاوہ کسی قسم کا باپ حقدار نہیں
8) Mother
8) ماں		 Illegitimate mother, or step-mother is not eligible.
 صرف سگی ماں حقدار ہے، اسکے علاوہ کسی قسم کی ماں حقدار نہیں
9) Grandfather
9) دادا		 Only father's father is eligible. Mother's father is not eligible.
صرف سگا دادا حقدار ہے مگر
نانا حقدار نہیں ہے
10) Paternal Grandmother
10) دادی		 Father's mother is eligible.
  سگی دادی حقدار ہے
(یعنی سگے باپ کی سگی ماں)
11) Maternal Grandmother
11) نانی		 Mother's mother is eligible.
  سگی نانی حقدار ہے
(یعنی سگی ماں کی سگی ماں)
12) Full Brothers
12) سگے بھائی		 Brothers who share the same father and the mother with the deceased.
 سگے بھائی(میت کے سگے ماں باپ کے سگے بیٹے).
13) Full Sisters
13) سگی بہنیں

Sisters who share the same father and the mother with the deceased.
سگی بہنیں(میت کے سگے ماں باپ کی سگی بیٹیاں).
14) Paternal Brothers
14) سوتیلے بھائی  - باپ شریک 		Brothers who share the same father, but a different mother.
 باپ شریک بھائی - جن کے باپ یکساں مگر ماں الگ الگ ہو
15) Paternal Sisters
15) سوتیلی بہنیں   - باپ شریک

Sisters who share the same father, but a different mother.
باپ شریک بہنیں(جن کے باپ یکساں مگر ماں الگ الگ ہو)

16) Maternal Brothers
16) ماں شریک بھائی		 Brothers who share the same mother, but a different father.
ماں شریک بھائی(جن کی ماں یکساں مگر باپ الگ الگ ہو)
17) Maternal Sisters
17) ماں شریک بہنیں		 Sisters who share the same mother, but a different father.
 ماں شریک بہنیں(جن کی ماں یکساں مگرباپ الگ الگ ہوں
18) Full Nephews
18) بھتیجے		 Only brother's son is eligible. Sister's son is not eligible.
سگا بھتیجا(سگے بھائی کا سگا بیٹا حقدار ہے مگر سگی بہن کا بیٹا حقدار نہیں)  
19) Paternal Nephews
19) سوتیلے بھتیجے		 Only paternal brother's son is eligible. Paternal brother's daughter is not eligible.
سوتیلا بھتیجا(سوتیلے بھائی کا بیٹا حقدار ہے مگر سوتیلے بھائی کی بیٹی حقدار نہیں)
20) Full Nephew’s sons
20) سگے بھتیجے کے بیٹے		 Full brother's son's son.
سگے بھتیجے کے بیٹے(سگے بھائی کے بیٹے کے بیٹے)
21) Paternal Nephew’s sons
21) سوتیلے بھتیجے کے بیٹے		 Paternal brother's son's son.
سوتیلے بھتیجے کے بیٹے
(سوتیلے بھائی کے بیٹے کے بیٹے)
22) Full Paternal Uncles
22) سگے چچا		 Father's full brother.
سگے چچا(سگے باپ کے سگے بھائی)
23) Paternal Paternal Uncles
23) سوتیلے چچا		 Father's paternal brother.
سوتیلے چچا (سگے باپ کے باپ شریک بھائی)
24) Full Cousins
24) سگے چچازاد بھائی		 Father's full brother's son.
چچازاد بھائی (سگے باپ کے سگے بھائیوں کے بیٹے)
25) Paternal Cousins
25) سوتیلے چچازاد بھائی		 Father's paternal brother's son.
سوتیلے چچازاد بھائی( باپ کے سوتیلے بھائیوں کے بیٹے
26) Full Cousin’s Sons
26) سگے چچازاد بھائی کے بیٹے		 Father's full brother's son's son.

27) Paternal Cousin’s Sons
27) سوتیلے چچازاد بھائی کے بیٹے		 Father's paternal brother's son's son.

(سگے باپ کے سوتیلے بھائیوں کے بیٹے کے بیٹے).
28) Full Cousin’s Grandsons
28) چچازاد بھائی کے پوتے		 Father's full brother's son's son's son.
سگے چچازاد بھائیوں کے پوتے (سگے باپ کے سگے بھائیوں کے بیٹے کے بیٹے کے بیٹے)
29) Paternal Cousin's Grandsons
29) سوتیلے چچازاد بھائی کے پوتے 		Father's paternal brother's son's son's son.

(باپ کے سوتیلے بھائیوں کے بیٹے کے بیٹے کے بیٹے)
Please note:
  • Only the relatives alive at the time of one's death will be eligible  for inheritance (whom Sharee'at has declared their shares as per Sharee'at distribution)
    میت کے ترکہ میں شریعت نے جس کا جو حصہ مقرر کیا ہے، اس کے حقدار صرف وہی وارث ہوتے ہیں جو اس کے مرنے کے وقت زندہ ہوں.

  • On humanitarian grounds inherited persons can share their inherited individual property to those relatives who don't fit into Sharee'at rules, or to those relatives who do not fall in the category of inheritance . (although it is not obligatory)

وارثوں کا اخلاقی فریضہ ہے کہ اپنے اپنے حصہ میں سے ان رشتہ داروں کو بھی کچھ دے
دیں جن کو شرعی طور پر کچھ حصہ نہ ملا ہو(یہ شرعی طور پر ان پر فرض نہیں ہے)

  • Non-Muslim relatives are not eligible for inheritance. They might, however, receive the bequeathal.
    غیر مسلم رشتہ دار میراث کے حقدار نہیں ہیں,تاہم! میت نے ان کو دینے کی وصیت کی ہو وہ وصیت کے راستہ سے حق حاصل کرسکتے ہیں.
  • If the wife is expecting a child delivery, then the baby will receive the share.
    اگر بیوی حاملہ ہے تو(حمل کا) بچہ بھی اپنا حقِ وراثت حاصل کرنے کا حقدار ہے.
  • Relatives not in the above list are not among the standard heirs. They are not eligible for inheritance.
    اوپر کی فہرست میں میت کے جن رشتہ داروں کا نام نہیں ہے، وہ میت کے ترکہ (میراث) کے حقدار نہیں ہیں.
